Parmita was investing a lot of resources in creating long-form YouTube videos but had no solid short-form content strategy

She was only relying on YouTube videos to grow and monetize her brand but with every platform pushing short-form videos, she was struggling to grow her brand and monetize the audience.

She wanted a solid video team that could:
